Mesa Siding operates as a matching service that connects property owners with independent, third-party siding contractors. We are not a siding contractor ourselves. We do not perform siding repair, replacement, installation, or cleaning. We do not employ, supervise, or direct any contractor. Our service is limited to facilitating introductions between property owners seeking siding services and contractors who may be able to provide those services.
3. No Guarantee or Warranty
Mesa Siding does not guarantee the quality, reliability, pricing, or timeliness of any work performed by contractors matched through our service. We do not warrant or guarantee contractor licensing, insurance coverage, or compliance with applicable laws. Any contractual relationship for siding work is solely between the property owner and the contractor. Mesa Siding is not a party to any such contract.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesa Siding and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our matching service or any work performed by a matched contractor. This includes but is not limited to property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or any other damages resulting from contractor negligence, breach of contract, or other wrongful conduct.
5. User Responsibilities
Users of the Mesa Siding service agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting project requests. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any contractor we match you with, including verifying licensing, insurance, and references. You are responsible for all interactions and agreements with contractors.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Mesa Siding website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mesa Siding or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
